    My friend Homer uses PPG paints and clears. He dribbles water on the panel to break up the paint, then throws clear right over the water droplets followed by baking the panel to evaporate the water out through the clear. The effect is amazing!
    Lots of time spent getting this technique to look like this! More photos soon so keep an eye out on the blog
